skauv.com primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

● Secure Credit Card Payment
We can also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All our transactions are based on USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate for the currency you choose depending on the website you are on.

DO YOU OFFER 3 OR 4 INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept 3-instalment payment.

You will be able to select that payment option at checkout.

HOW DO I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you discover an error in your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at our support center.
Please note that we can help you change your order before delivery.
Once your package has been shipped, we cannot change anything.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you placed the order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder.
